After check-out at your hotel, your private transportation will take you to Narita Airport in comfort and with plenty of time for departure formalities.

My partner does not paint, is there something for him/her to do? Yes, we are painting about 6-7 hours a day. Most locations are in villages or places of interest. There is ample time and things for a non-painter to do and explore. The area is very walkable and easy to explore. How many hours a day will we be painting? Every day we will be painting a minimum of 6-7 hours. There will also be the option for sunset and night painting. We list daily in the itinerary the estimated hours for each day. We start off lighter and increase the hours as the week progresses. Is my deposit of $1,500 refundable? No, we have limited space and need a commitment from each guest. Refund Policy for Pre- Registation: If the finalized itinerary released on July 15, 2025 does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund of the pre-registration fee- $500. After your $1,500 depsoit is accepted, no refunds. How do we pack? We have two pre-meeting at the Yellow Barn Studio before the trip to explain packing and general information. Both meetings are broadcast live for those that can't physically attend. Do I need Travel Insurance? Where can I purchase Insurance? We highly recommend Travel Insurance. Transfer are included How does luggage transfer work? In Japan, luggage transfer between cities by postal service is very convenient and fast. We 100% recommend it as carrying luggages between stations can be tiring in the long run. How does this service work? Most hotels already have a commercial relation with postal services that offer them, so it is quite convenient and easy for you to do! 1.In the hotels you wish to have your luggage sent: head to the reception and ask them if they have takkyubin service they will help you fill in the shipping label with the details of the address to be sent and hand you a copy of this. 2.The postal service company will retrieve them from there and deliver them to your next hotel. 3.At check in the hotel, you sent your luggages to show them your shipping label copy and they will provide your luggages. 4.You pay for the service on site. Please note that shipping takes at least 24 hours, and please hand in your luggage at the hotel reception before 9AM.
